HD Splitter

HD Splitter is a small tool intended for splitting and merging High Definition Blu-Ray audio and video files.

HD Splitter works with AC3, EC3, DTS, DTS-HD, WAV (PCM), MLP, M2V, AVC, VC-1.
The tool uses two ways for time setting: in milliseconds as real-time mode and video frames according to video format. There are such video frame rates used in HD Splitter: 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 50, 59.94. You can also set times as durations from existing files, for example if you want to split source file according to existing files.
